Team Overview
David Seconi
Aria CFO Advisors was founded by David Seconi, who was born
into an entrepreneurial family where each parent and sibling
successfully launched and bootstrapped their own business based
upon the shared principles of mutual respect, honesty and
investment in people.
Today, Aria continues to apply these foundational principles to help
businesses deal with financial challenges, while weathering stormy
economic periods and paving the way for future growth and
success.

Jeannine is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 16 years of diverse experience, encompassing leadership roles at high-growth startups and established firms. Her career began as a business valuation analyst, exposing her to various industries, including tech and consumer retail. Jeannine has a proven track record in managing FP&A functions, building financial models, and advising business leaders, with notable positions at Airbnb and Handshake. A licensed CPA, she gained significant US GAAP expertise through four years in public accounting. A Bay Area native, Jeannine enjoys a busy life with her husband and three young children, who bring her joy, laughter, and an insatiable need for coffee.
Stefan boasts over 7 years of experience in financial operations, with a focus on billing operations in start-up environments. He has held key finance credit, FP&A and finance director roles with US and Europe-based companies, including ABBYY Inc., Shyft Moving Inc. and OTA Sync. Additionally, Stefan is himself a founder and entrepreneur, which has given him an appreciation for how founders think and operate.
Michael has nearly a decade of experience in the finance and accounting industry, working in a variety of industries including manufacturing, finance and banking, poultry production, and telecommunications. With a background in external audit, Michael brings a unique perspective to our clients’ accounting records to prepare them for investor and banking partner scrutiny. He also has a proven track record in management accounting and finance and projections, moving from Senior Accountant to VP of Finance in a matter of less than 3 years, working on financial models, cash flow forecasting, and leading the successful sale of a PE-backed company.
Michael received both his BS and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, is a licensed and active certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of North Carolina, and continues to progress and excel in his career.
With over a decade of experience in financial management, operations, and strategy, Alexandria has a proven track record of helping organizations establish the financial foundation necessary to thrive in fast-paced startup environments. She has worked across various industries, including technology, education, and transportation, where she has consistently driven growth and improved financial performance.
Alexandria has led the establishment of high-performing finance teams at multiple companies. She specializes in building and scaling finance functions within high-growth startups. Her expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning has enabled companies to achieve significant revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Her passion lies in helping organizations achieve their goals, find financial success and lay the foundation for long-term growth.
Ashwin is a finance and strategy professional with 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and M&A with a focus on media, consumer internet, and international operations. He has a background in building out strategic planning and FP&A functions at early and growth stage companies, including preparing a company for an IPO. Prior experience includes roles at Blackstone, NBCUniversal, early-stage venture capital funds, and founding his own startup. Originally from Illinois, Ashwin has spent the past ten years in NYC and considers himself an expert in the local dessert scene, ask for recs!

- David Seconi successfully oversees the sale of his mother's business, a multi-site childcare company in Upstate New York. The business sells for an above-market multiple despite the economic challenges associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, and a challenging labor sector
- Aria officially launches in October with a portfolio of 10 clients across the SaaS, CPG and B2B industries
- Aria assists in raising a $10M in Series A funding round, and nearly $2M in debt financing
- An increase in client demand prompts Aria to build out its bookkeeping and accounting teams, for a total of five
- Despite limited outbound marketing, Aria's client list grows to over 18 accounts spread across multiple fractional CFOs
- Aria assists in raising $2M in equity, and $2M in debt for its clients by June of 2024
